Bought this a couple of weeks ago and got it in within a week. I wrote a separate review about the *still* excellent customer service that continued into today with a follow-up. I was concerned when it first got in because of the damaged box and was taken care of immediately by customer service and began function checking to make sure no damage to product. After having the K556 for the last week, I am beginning to get used to the layout as I was using a differently positioned keyboard from before. Gaming-wise, this keyboard is solid. The keys aren't loud which is a plus when I have other folx in the house asleep. Solid construction. I am also a PhD student, so the keyboard needs to be comfortable for my extended usage. So far, so good, I am really enjoying my new MnK.

My son wanted this particular keyboard for his gaming based on his research and friends. We had to return the first one because of broken keys but he really loves it and all the lights. We also bought a gaming mouse from this company that he really likes

Got this for my boyfriends birthday:) He seems to really like the quality so far and it’s certainly an upgrade from his 2014 keyboard

Bought the keyboard a little over a year ago, have had very little problems with it, the colors are nice and the preset animation that come with it are cool, bought this as a quick little replacement until I could afford something better, found out I don't really need too

It does what it needs to, sounds great (even with brown switches as i ordered.) Its customization is amazing for a keyboard, especially the ripple Graff mode. This overall is an amazing starter keyboard and you should check it out.
